A Conversation in the Boogie Shop
1: Something to eat, sir, or just some drugs?
2: No, I’d like a fish, please.
1: Oh, really. What kind of fish, my dear fellow?
2: A plaid one, with good air-conditioning and wall-to-wall. For a fair price of course.
1: Of course. How about this one? It’s only $7.97 without tax. Obviously, however, it’s not for sale.
2: Well I don’t want to sell it.
1: Oh, very good, sir. You’d like it then?
2: Does it come with a leather carrying case?
1: Two, sir. In case you break it.
2: Very good. I’ll see you tomorrow then.
1: There’s no doubt in my mind. Cheerio!
2: Cheerio!
