High 5 April 5, 2009
Last week I took the kids to see Monsters vs. Aliens at the theater. Decent kids movie. Beck sat quietly through the whole movie, which was a first for him – he is usually enthralled for about 45 minutes, then is up bouncing around in the aisle the rest of the time. Of course, I gave him a sucker and that helped. He is a sucker for suckers. He can nurse that baby forever.
The funniest thing though was that an hour into the movie he looked over at me and said “High five!” I put out a hand and he gave me high five. Then went back to watching the movie. Didn’t tie to anything that happened in the movie as far as I remember. Totally random.
